My Every Morning Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2cup frozen blueberries

1 scoop Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend

May sub 2 handfuls of frozen greens (organic spinach, kale, etc.)

8 oz filtered water
-
8 oz nut milk of choice
-
2 scoops Chocolate Daily Nutritional Support
-
1 scoop collagen or plant protein (optional)
-
1 tbsp nut butter or coconut butter
-
Ice (optional)
Directions

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth

Sip over 30-60 minutes and enjoy!
