Coconut Overnight Oats
Gluten Free | Pegan | Dairy Free | Breakfast
Ingredients

1 cup gluten free oats (I use Trader Joes)

¼ cup coconut flakes

1 can full fat coconut milk

2 tbsp chia seeds
-
1 tbsp local honey
-
Handful of frozen blueberries or fruit of choice
Directions

Combine all ingredients in 32oz mason jar and place in refrigerator overnight (or at least for 4 hours)

Enjoy in the morning!
